OutSmartNYC and USBGNY have come together to organize a workshop series called "Engaging Men: Preventing and Responding to Sexual Violence in Nightlife." This training utilizes the empowered bystander approach and steps away from the idea that men are perpetrators and women are victims. Also, it will help us think of what we can do as bystanders and to address violence in our spaces.
